Gracy Chen, Managing Director of Bitget, recently was selected as a delegate at the 68th annual Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68), the UN’s premier gathering on gender equality and women’s empowerment. The event, started from March 11 to March 22, focused on the theme “Accelerating the achievement of gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls by addressing poverty and strengthening institutions and financing with a gender perspective.”
Gracy Chen actively participated in sessions addressing crucial topics such as empowering youth and women for a sustainable future in the age of AI, technology, and social media. The sessions aimed to promote inclusivity across cultural, social, and economic aspects while leveraging technology and storytelling for global cooperation. The event emphasized dismantling racism, raising awareness through innovative tech-driven strategies, exploring cultural diversity, and highlighting the role of international cooperation in bridging communities.

Solutions discussed included investing in policies and programs that address gender inequalities, boosting women’s leadership, and closing gender gaps in employment.
